Not loving your purchase? Just follow the steps below and I will be happy to make it right.
Please note, ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE! No exceptions! This includes items purchased using promotional codes or special discounts. (Ex: If you purchased something from the sale section, it will be final sale. If you purchased something regular priced but used a discount code at checkout, it will also be final sale.)
I am happy to offer returns on regular priced, unwanted purchases. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate which item(s) you are returning, before returning your item(s). Please be aware that my processing time for returned items is 5-7 business days once I receive your returned items. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email with the details of your return.
IMPORTANT: I am happy to offer a refund ONLY within 14 days of the original purchase. If you are sending back an item, I must receive it back within 10 days of the day it was delivered to you. If I receive it outside the 10 day window, I will not be able to accept the return, and it will be sent back to you at your expense. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, cigarette smoke, or stains, and with original tags attached.
Please note, the shipping cost to return your unwanted purchase(s) is at the expense of the buyer and the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable. We recommend you use a Canada Post, tracked shipping method for your return as packages lost in transit are out of my control. I know sometimes returns will be necessary…but they’re expensive, time-consuming and no fun for either one of us, so I encourage you to email me at email@example.com to ask questions you may have before you make your purchase. I am here to make sure your shopping experience with RM Style Shop is awesome and I don’t mind answering any questions you may have. I want to meet your expectations and hopefully avoid returns! If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, your item will be shipped back to you at your expense. I will not issue a return on an ineligible item(s).
I reserve the right to cancel/void or refund payment for any order at any time.
Please note: I do not offer exchanges - just straight returns. This way, if you want the other size or another item, you can simply reorder at your convenience, and you don’t have to wait for me to get the original back - it’s a separate transaction. My customers prefer it this way and this way, you aren’t obligated to repurchase either.
